Optical-frequency temperature sensor has two lenses, semi-transparent mirror, four mirrors, two light filters, two frame windows placed behind light filters and before obturator. There is included transformer of optical signal to frequency one, this has two-gate unipolar transistor, photo-diode, bipolar transistor, two capacitors, inductance, three resistors and source of direct voltage, at that cathode of photo-diode is connected to first gate of two-gate unipolar transistor, first output of first capacitor and first output of first resistor, and anode of photo-diode is connected to second output of first capacitor and second output of third resistor, collector of bipolar transistor, second output of second capacitor and second pole of source of direct voltage. |
