The support element holding sleeve (6) has a cylindrical hollow body including an outer lateral wall (12) provided with a mounting unit of a support element e.g. rack, that transversely extends towards exterior of the body. The body includes a spherical housing (9) whose dimensions are equal to that of a large diameter spherical part (3) of a carrier axle (2). The housing has a bolt hole (10) at one end and is extended at an opposed end by a wide opening (7) and a widened conical recess (8), so that a small diameter spherical part (4) freely transverses the hole.
