<p>An automotive suspension hydraulic dampener assembly (1) has a dampening cylinder (2) around a moving piston (6) and connecting rod (5). The dampening characteristics are set by regulating the throughput (20) of a fluid by a valve (10). The valve is operated by a piezo-electric (12) actuator (14). Operation of the piezo-electric actuator is determined by an electronic evaluation and switch circuit (16).</p> |
