PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow measuring apparatus which outputs signals having a satisfactory or high S/N ratio and especially provide a clam-on type ultrasonic flow measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow measuring apparatus for measuring the quantity of flow via a line through which a medium flows includes at least one ultrasonic transducer having both a piezoelectric element and a connecting element. The connecting element is formed in such a way as to mount the ultrasonic transducer to a line to be measured. The piezoelectric element is mounted to the connecting element by an intermediate plate arranged between the piezoelectric element and the connecting element.
