A display device is provided to improve image quality of the display device by stabilizing the level of a storage voltage, which is supplied from a voltage generator. A data driving chip(330) includes a shift register(331), a data register(332), a latch unit(333), a D/A converter(334), a data signal output unit(335), and a voltage stabilizing unit(336). The shift register sequentially stores image signals from first and second data PCB(Printed Circuit Boards) on the data register. The latch unit raises the level of the image signal from the data register. The D/A converter converts the image signal from the latch unit to an analog data signal. The data signal output unit amplifies the analog data signal and outputs the result to plural data lines. The voltage stabilizing unit stabilizes a storage voltage from a voltage generator(210) and supplies the result to a storage electrode, which is formed on a lower substrate.
