An apparatus for disposing of food waste is provided to enhance the crushing power without a large load and facilitate the maintenance and repair of a compressor of a crush roller, by improving the compressor and an input hoper. A protector body(117) is inserted into an input hole(116) to prevent unnecessary particles from being inputted into an input hoper(103). Protection guiders(118) are fixed by an input protector(115) such that the protection guiders are alternately downward within the protector body. A crush roller(110) has crush blades(104,105), wherein the crush bladders have key grooves disposed at different positions so that the crush blades are maintained in an alternation state. As a result, the crush roller improves the crushing power and decreases the crushing load. A compressor(111) has a compression housing(130) of a cylindrical shape, wherein the compression housing is separated by a separation wall. A filter net(131) is installed within the compression housing. The filter net is composed of an inner net(133) fixed inside the compression housing and an outer net(134) installed outside the compression housing. |
