PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge image developing toner which is excellent in heat resistant storage property without adversely affecting fixing property, and by which high quality toner images can be stably obtained even when a number of sheets are printed, and the manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner having a core-shell structure obtained by coating the surface of a core part containing a resin A and a colorant with a shell layer containing a resin B is characterized in that when the glass transition temperature of the resin A is defined as Tg1, and the glass transition temperature of the resin B is defined as Tg2, relations of Tg2-Tg1≥20°C and 10°C≤Tg1≤30°C are satisfied.
