COOLING STRUCTURE OF HEAT GENERATING PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and deterioration of an operation mechanism at the time of operation caused by the structure of the operation mechanism and avoid drop in cooling performance due to malfunction resulting from temperature rise in an actuator of the operation mechanisim while avoiding increase in size of an overall structure and decrease in assemblability due to installation of the operation mechanism for switching the flowing direction of caused wind. SOLUTION: A heat generating part is cooled by providing a wind causing blade 42 rotated integrally with a hub 41 and installed on the rotatively driven hub 41 in a posture capable of being changed around an axis P2 intersecting the rotation axis P1 of the hub 41 and an operation mechanism 77 for changing the posture of the wind causing blade 42 by actuation of an actuator 75.
