<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure rising chopper control system for a fuel cell etc. which always performs the most suitable feed-forward control for sheer load fluctuation on an AC side even if the output voltage Vfc of the fuel cell 1 changes because of temporal change, direct-current change or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell voltage calculation result 63 obtained by dividing an effective value 51 obtained by an effective power calculation unit 45, by a direct current detection value Idc24 with a divider 60 is passed through a first order lag filter 64 to obtain a fuel cell voltage calculation result 63' after the first order lag filter. A direct current calculation result 56' obtained by dividing the effective power value 51 by fuel cell voltage calculation result 63' after the first order lag filter with a divider 61 is inputted into a conditional filter 48 to generate a feed-forward item Idc*(ff)52.
