PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device of an electromagnetic induction heating method with which exchange cost accompanying unit exchange can be reduced, and to provide a fixing device, and an image forming apparatus using it. SOLUTION: The fixing device 36 has a structure in which non-electric components are unitized such as a fixing roller 40 which is a heating roller and a pressurizing roller 41, most of all the induction heating means 50 and electric constituting elements other than this are provided outside, and by mounting them on the image forming device main body 60 at which they are installed, this can function as the fixing device. When exchanging the unitized parts, the induction heating means 50, a thermister 43, a thermostat 44, a photosensor 45, and all the electric components including harnesses, connectors for them are left in the image forming apparatus body 60 side, and they are exchanged.
