<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an electronic lecture which can be intended for two or more participants and realizes transmission by writing. <P>SOLUTION: In a server 100, information for specifying teaching materials to be used in the lecture and documents to be distributed, information for specifying the lecture in which these teaching materials and documents are used, information for specifying lecturers and participants who participate in the lecture and further information for identifying terminals used by these lecturers and participants, are accumulated while being made to correspond to each other. The server 100 attaches ID for specifying the document to be used in the lecture to the document and distribute the document to participant's terminals 300, further provides information on a designated teaching material to each of the participant's terminals 300 and mutually connects lecturer's terminals 200 of the lecturers participating the lecture with the participant's terminals 300.
