PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device lockable and unlockable from the obverse-reverse both sides of a door by attaching straps having two buckles to an empty lock lever handle and a lever handle lockable only from one side. SOLUTION: The straps 2b and 3 are arranged on both ends of straps 1 and 1, and are respectively hooked on a obverse-reverse lever handle horizontal handle part L1. The length of the straps 1 and 1 is adjusted by a ladder plug 7. The whole lock strap for the lever handle is stretched with a door upper part D1 as a fulcrum, and lowering operation of the lever handle horizontal handle part L1 is prevented. Thus, the door cannot be opened as long as either one of the obverse-reverse two buckles 4 having straps 2a and 2 is not separated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
