<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an on-vehicle device mounted in a vehicle to deal with many DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication)-based services while remaining small. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device has a device body 15 which performs DSRC, and a remote display controller 16 having a large liquid-crystal display part 17 and an operating part 18. For the DSRC-based services at a drive-through shop or the like, complex display and operation, such as for selecting and buying goods, correcting selections, and checking charges can be easily performed using the remote display controller 16.
