PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise canceling circuit capable of significantly improving load stability and ripple noise removing capability even with extremely minimized operating current and idling current without increasing the gain of an error amplifier. SOLUTION: In a stabilized voltage output device including an error amplifying means, a reference voltage means, a voltage current output means, and an output voltage means, this output device further comprises a voltage control current feedback means for controlling a ripple noise signal generated in a power supply line by inverse-proportionally reducing the current feedback quantity according to an increase in power source voltage to reduce the reference voltage output of the reference voltage generation means.
