PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sharing user to easily return a vehicle such as a bicycle that can be shared when the vehicle is lent to the sharing user.

SOLUTION: In this lock device 50 for locking the rear wheel 110 of a bicycle A, an exclusive-use key a can be managed on the bicycle A side on which the lock device 50 is mounted since anti-theft prevention for the exclusive-use key can be performed on the lock device 50 by implementing a first state in which the exclusive-use key a cannot be pulled out from the lock device 50 by releasing the lock on the rear wheel 110. With this configuration, since the sharing user does not need to bring the exclusive-use key to the location where a vehicle management device (key management device) is placed, it is very convenient for the user who returns the vehicle that has been lent by him/her.
