The foam reservoir (2) has a single or multi-layer dimensionally stable outer wall (6) releasably attached to a single or multi-layer flexible inner wall (7) so that they become detached from each other during use of the device (1), preferably due to a drop in pressure in the reservoir caused by the dispensing of liquid inside the latter. The reservoir has at least one air passage (8) extending between the atmosphere and the area between the inner and outer walls. The dispenser device includes a pump arrangement (3) comprising a liquid pump, an air pump and a hand-operated button (4) for operating the two pumps at the same time. The reservoir has a connecting piece (2a) with an opening providing a sealed connection with the pump arrangement. |
