摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a double side flexible PCB using a roll to roll method is provided to enhance the yield and the productivity by performing all processes with the roll to roll method. CONSTITUTION: A soft copper laminated plate of a roll state is inputted(S31). A plurality of through-holes are continuously formed on the soft copper laminated plate according to a roll to roll method by using an UV laser drill(S32). A soft etching process is performed on the soft copper laminated plate having the through-holes by using the roll to roll method or the residues are removed from the through-holes by using a brush or a Z-scrubber(S33). An upper copper foil of the soft copper laminated plate is connected to a lower copper foil of the soft copper laminated plate by using an electroless plating device or a direct plating device(S34). A plating layer is formed on the soft copper laminated plate(S35). A dry film is adhered on the soft copper laminated plate by using the roll to roll method(S37). A circuit pattern is formed by performing an exposure process, a development process, and an etching process(S38-S40).
