<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink and food ordering apparatus which can transmit an order from a customer directly to a cook in a kitchen and gives no unpleasant impression to the customer when the order from the customer is handled. <P>SOLUTION: A 1st handset means 30 has in a casing 31 almost in a rectangular parallelepiped shape a memory 32 as a storage part which previously stores answer messages corresponding to orders from customers, a selection part 33 which selects an answer message stored in this memory 32, and a reproduction part 34 which reads the answer message selected by the selection part 33 out of the memory 32 and reproduces it, and a 2nd handset means 40 has in the casing 41 a microphone 42 which transduces the customer's vocal order into an electric signal, an amplifier 43 which amplifies the electric signal from the microphone 42, and a speaker 44 which transduces the analog signal from a D-A converter 36 of the 1st handset means 30 into a voice through the amplifier 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
