<p>A semiconductor integrated circuit device which operates in synchronism with clock input from the outside by using a supply voltage fed from a power source as an electric power source, and which comprises: a detection means for detecting that at least one of the clock frequency of the clocks and the supply voltage has been reduced; and an internal voltage reducing means for reducing the internal voltage of the semiconductor integrated circuit when the detection means detects that at least one of the clock frequency and the supply voltage has been reduced.</p> |
