PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off wall on which a reaction girder for a press-in construction method is placed to enable direct application of an axial force, which can be constructed while the height of the cut-off wall is restricted, and which can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: This cut-off wall is provided with a coupling member 5 of a steel pipe with a proper length, which is fitted into respective inner surfaces of adjacent ends so as to abut on opposed surfaces of the ends and couple steel pipe bodies 1, and inscribed in the bodies 1 so as to be impacted into the bodies 1; a locking plate 6 is attached to an end of the body 1 in such a manner as to be inscribed in the body 1 to which the coupling member 5 is locked in a prescribed position at the end; respective fitting parts of the adjacent ends and the coupling member 5 are detachably coupled together; holes are drilled in the bodies 1 at the adjacent ends; holes are drilled in the coupling member 5 which is locked to the body 1, so as to be equal in position to drilled hole parts of the bodies 1; and connecting pins 7 are inserted into the holes so as to detachably couple a steel pipe sheet pile 3.
