PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulator that can surely demodulate a base band signal and to provide a demodulation method and a communication device. SOLUTION: A channel estimate section 223 applies inverse spread processing to a received signal supplied via a reception amplifier 221. The channel estimate section 223 estimates a channel corresponding to a common fixed pattern among channels depending on the inversely spread received signal and estimates respective channels according to the result of estimate. A demodulation section 224 demodulates the spread received signal depending on the common channel estimate result and the respective channel estimate results supplied from the channel estimate section 223.
