PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft excavating device, which enhances handling workability and reduces a transport cost by miniaturization and weight saving of the device. SOLUTION: A reaction rod 32 of a reaction receiving member 31 is coupled to an all-casing excavator 11 installed in a prescribed position, and right and left crawlers 22 trample on an end of a tread 33 while a crawler crane 21 straddles the reaction rod 32, so as to fix the member 31 on ground G.
