PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up a casualty searching rescue service system that can cope with a case that a person possessing a radio terminal with an enhanced adoption rate encounters with distress or affair. SOLUTION: This invention provides the system that retrieves a person possessing a radio terminal 11 with a function of automatically registering the presence of its own terminal to a radio base station 13 within a transmission reception enabled range or a position of the radio terminal 11, is provided with a mobile means 12 to which the radio base station 13 is installed, and the system retrieves the person possessing the radio terminal 11 or the position of the radio terminal 11 on the basis of a call telephone number acquired in advance. Through the configuration above, the system can quickly in flux move and place the wireless base station 13 installed on the mobile means 12 in the vicinity of a site such as a disaster site or a kidnapped site and can connect with a general line through the radio base station 13 of the mobile means 12 even at the outside of a fixed station service area so as to inform concerned people about a state of the distress or affair.
