PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that charging time to a pixel lacks, charging lacks and it becomes a flickering cause when one horizontal scanning period is short. SOLUTION: A plurality of lengths for one horizontal scanning periods are given. When a charging polarity is minus, one horizontal scanning period is shortened. When charging polarity is plus, one horizontal scanning period is prolonged.
