PROBIOTICS FOR TREATMENT OF VAGINITIS AND TREATMENT METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for treating vaginitis by using probiotics containing lactobacilli separated from woman's vagina, a metronidazole tablet and an estrogen tablet is provided. The lactobacilli has excellent inhibition activity on the growth of pathogenic microorganism. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus crispatusKLB46 (KCTC 0860BP) is separated from a healthy Korean woman's vagina. For treatment of vaginitis, probiotics containing the Lactobacillus crispatusKLB46 in a concentration of 10¬9 or more/ml are inoculated in an amount of 1ml each time two times once every one week together with oral injection of a metronidazole tablet and insertion of an estrogen tablet into the vagina.
