A set of separable copying cards having a deceased person name box in which the name of the deceased is written, a message box in which a message to the deceased is written, and an offerer name box in which the name of the offerer who writes the message is written. The cards where the boxes are filled in are separated, and can be offered to the altar of the funeral, placed in the coffin, handed to the bereaved family, or kept by the offerer. A message of fixed form can be written in part or all of the message box. The size and design of the cards can be selected as desired. The cards are so packaged as to be sold by a vending machine.
