The invention relates to a combination of a concrete sewer drain, a coversupport located above the sewer drain and filling agents for filling thespace between the upper side of the sewer drain and the underside of thecover support, comprising means of adjustment, which have been fitted forthe adjustment of the distances between the upper side of the sewer drainand the cover support. The ease of use of the adjustment means is improvedwhen, consistent with the preferred form, the adjustment means are fitted insuch a way that they can be operated from the topside of the cover support.Further points to be made: the term sewer drain does not only refer todrains, which are incorporated in wastewater transportation systems, butalso for transportation of rainwater.
