PURPOSE: A water saving device with a static pressure valve is provided to equally supply water with regular pressure and to prevent waste of water. CONSTITUTION: A water saving device having a static pressure valve comprises a body(3) having a pipe shape; a bolt unit(1) mounted on a side of the body; a nut unit(2) mounted on the other side of the body; a bulkhead(7) containing a penetrating groove(8) in the body; a recessed case(5) elastically supported by a spring(4); plural orifice(6) formed on a peripheral face of the recessed case; a shower device(10) inserted to the bolt unit with a nut; and a supply hose(11) inserted to the nut unit with the nut. The bolt unit of the body is combined with a nut unit(12) of the shower device by the nut. The nut unit of the body is combined to a bolt unit(13) of the shower device by the nut. The recessed case contained in the body is toward the supply hose. Moreover, the spring is connected toward the shower device. Thereby, the water saving device prevents waste of water and supply equally the water with regular pressure by having the static pressure valve.
