PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inserting advertisement information in electronic mail and delivering it which enables a user to recognize the degree of insert in advertisements. SOLUTION: This advertisement mail management system accompanied by a data base storing many advertisement sentence and many mail addresses executes an advertisement selection process for selecting one or plural advertisement sentence from many advertisement sentences, an advertisement insertion process for inserting the advertisement sentence and an advertisement transfer instruction sentence to the electronic mail sent from a user computer and sending it to a receiver mail address, an advertisement specified page transfer process for returning a linking instruction to a corresponding advertisement specified page carrying site when the browser of an advertisement mail reception computer which receives an advertisement inserted mail specifies the URL of the advertisement transfer instruction sentence and an access history recording process for preparing access history data including an advertisement ID processed by the advertisement specified page transfer process and updating the data base.
