PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus for field use which makes compatible both a reliable electromagnetic shield performance and a water proof performance for a long time, using a gasket having a combined structure of an electromagnetic shield rubber and a rubber having a sufficient elasticity. SOLUTION: Grooves 3a or an edges 2a are formed into a first box 2 and a second box 3 enclosing an electronic circuit component, the gasket 4 has a combined structure of the electromagnetic shield rubber 4a and the high elasticity rubber 4b, and the electromagnetic shield rubber 4a is disposed in a specified surface range of the gasket 4 contactable with both the grooves 3a and the edges 2a so that the high elasticity rubber 4b elastically holds the condition that the electromagnetic shield rubber 4a is in contact with the first box 2 and the second box 3. Thus the electromagnetic shield rubber 4a surely closely contacts the first and second boxes 2, 3 and the electromagnetic shield performance and the hermetic condition can be surely held.
