PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar light and a burglar light device, reducing the leakage of light to the sky. SOLUTION: A burglar light 1 comprises a body 4 consisting of a lamp housing portion, a circuit housing portion in which a lighting circuit is arranged, and a projection opening portion provided on the lower face, a translucent cover 5 arranged to cover the projection opening portion, a lamp 6 having a glass bulb and arranged on the lamp housing portion with the bulb opposed to a joint between the projection opening portion and the translucent cover, and a reflector 7 having an opening end located under the glass bulb, formed to encircle the end of the bulb and arranged on the body in optical opposition to the lamp.
