摘要 A synthesis method of lithium manganese oxide by hydrolysis and solvent-exchange process and a preparation method of ion-exchange type lithium absorbent are provided to improve absorbent performance by procuring more lithium absorbent reactive site and to obtain high selectivity for lithium ion which is useful in recovery of lithium ion from lithium-dissolving solution. A synthesis method of lithium manganese oxide represented by Li1.6Mn1.6O4 comprises steps of: mixing a lithium compound solution and a manganese compound solution in a ratio of 1:1 and stirring the mixture; heating the mixture solution for hydrolysis and adding solvent for solvent exchange in order to form synthetic particulate; and drying and heating the synthetic particulate. The hydrolysis and the solvent exchange are carried out at 50-70deg.C, and the solvent for exchange with water molecule in the aqueous solution is ethanol. The synthetic particulate is heated at 400-600deg.C. A preparation method of high performance ion-exchange type lithium absorbent comprises a step of acid-treatment for the lithium manganese oxide represented by Li1.6Mn1.6O4 in a 0.3-1.0M acidic solution.
