PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light intake system that prevents vibration as well as reduces the number of parts and assembling hours. SOLUTION: An intake system 10 is provided with an air cleaner 20, a flow meter, a surge tank 30, a throttle system, an intake manifold 31, and a head cover 41 of an engine 40. A clean side case 23, the surge tank 30, and the head cover 41 of the engine 40 are integrally formed by resin molding to constitute a molded body 11. The molded body 11 is formed of a resin material obtained by mixing glass fibers into nylon. By integrating the clean side case 23, the surge tank 30, and the head cover 41 of the engine 40 by resin molding, the vibration of a cleaner case 21 and the surge tank 30 is prevented. This configuration eliminates the parts to fix the cleaner case 21 and the surge tank 30 to the head cover 41, thus reducing the man-hours to assemble the intake system 10.
