PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight/watertight sash structure and a soundproof sash which is sufficient in noise insulation while a sliding screen is closed by a crescent, simple in structure, and substantially unnecessary for adjustment at site. SOLUTION: A stile stone to be engaged with outdoor and indoor engagement pieces of meeting stiles 11, 21 of internal and external sliding screens is formed, a seal material 51 whose tip is in contact with an outdoor side surface of the external screen is mounted on an outdoor surface of the internal screen, and a closed isobaric space S in the height direction is formed by partitioning elements including the stile stone part, the outdoor side surface of the external screen, the sealing material 51 and the outdoor surface of the internal screen, and lower airtight means 30, 40 which are provided below the meeting stile 11 of the internal and external screens so as to be airtight between the outdoor side and the indoor side from a sash lower frame 1, and an upper airtight block which is provided on the meeting stiles 11, 21 of the internal and external screens to be airtight between the outdoor side and the indoor side from a sash upper frame are provided. The upper airtight block keeps the outdoor side to be airtight from the indoor side from the sash upper frame at the position to communicate at least a part of an upper end opening of the closed isobaric space S.
