PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved surface transfer apparatus wherein solid particles are prevented from going to the rear side and transfer characteristics are not deteriorated. SOLUTION: In an apparatus wherein a transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S comprising a supporting material and a transfer layer is oppositely oriented to an irregular surface side of a base material B, to which a transfer is made, and solid particles are shot onto the supporting material side of the sheet S to produce a shooting pressure, which pressure is utilized to transfer the transfer layer to the material B, a plurality of rollers 3 are disposed in a staggered pattern to press the opposite sides of the sheet S against a base material transportation means. Thus the solid particles can be prevented from going to the rear side of the sheet S and moreover the particles are prevented from remaining or accumulating on the rollers 3, while the sheet S is not displaced so that the transfer characteristics can be improved near the side of the material B.
