LEVEL SHIFT CIRCUIT, INPUT CIRCUIT AND OUTPUT CIRCUIT USING THE LEVEL SHIFT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A level shift circuit, an input circuit and an output circuit using the level shift circuit are provided to set the level shift amount by adjusting the voltage applied on the level shift circuit. CONSTITUTION: A level shift circuit includes a first insulation gate transistor(N1) and a second insulation gate transistor(N2). The source of the first insulation gate transistor(N1) and a drain of the second insulation gate transistor(N2) are connected with each other. The input signal is applied on the gate of the first insulation gate transistor. The level shift circuit according to the present invention outputs the output signal which shifts the level of the input signal at the connection point of the first and second insulation gate transistors. The gate channel widths and the gate channel lengths of the first and second insulation gate transistors are set to be same. A constant voltage is applied on the gate of the second insulation gate transistor.
