PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella capable of accommodating a human body under its center by making the shaft of the umbrella moved by opening/folding the shaft while opening/closing operation and the state when the umbrella is closed are unchanged from that of conventional ones. SOLUTION: With respect to a rib which shares a shaft 1 of this umbrella with another rib, the distance from the center of the umbrella to the bifurcation point 5 of a rib 6 where the shaft 1 is folded and the distance that the collective moving axis point 9 is moved from the center by opening the umbrella by difference of support points 10 of ribs 6 of canopy and difference of distance between ribs are made same. Thus the shaft 1 of the umbrella can be moved perpendiculary. |
