摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanging system of a kiln which ensures independence of control or individual controllability in individual control sections of a kiln, and entirely improve a heat balance and thermal efficiency of the kiln. SOLUTION: A kiln K comprises a preheating zone 1, a burning zone 2 and a cooling zone 3 which communicate with each other, and further comprises a heat exchanging device 10 of high speed switching and a regenerative burner system 50. The device 10 comprises a cooling air supply path HA for introducing a cooling supply air flow to the cooling zone 3, a discharge path HG for discharging a kiln high-temperature gas in the preheating zone to outside the kiln, a first and a second paths which are connectable with the supply path HA or the discharge path HG, heat reservoirs 11, 12 (15') which are inserted to the first and second paths, respectively, and switching devices 13, 14 for alternately and selectively bringing the supply air flow or the high- temperature gas into heat transfer contact with the heat reservoirs. A roller hearth kiln conducts zone control of individual control sections by the device 10 equipped with a high efficiency thermal circulation function and heat recovery function and the burner system, while forming kiln circulation flows RA, RB so as to form a thermal circulation circuit of the entire kiln.
