This compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein: Ar is an aromatic group; X and X' are independently -(CH2)m-Y-(CH2)n; m and n are independently 0-4 and the sum of n and m is 0-6; Y is a direct bond, NRq', C(O), OC(O), C(O)O, S(O)xNRq', NRq'SOx, C(O)NRq' or NRq'C(O), O, S(O)y with y being 0 to 2 and x is 1 or 2; HETCy is an 4-10 membered non-aromatic heterocycle containing an least one N atom, optionally 1-3 additional N atoms and 0-1 O or S atoms; Rx is H, alkyl(Rq)3, Oalkyl(Rq)3 or C(O)alkyl(Rq)3 and the rest of the variables are as defined in the specification. A pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of formula I useful in the treatment of cancer, inflammation, osteoporosis and Crohn's disease is claimed.
