PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving air-conditioning system that has s superior dehumidification capability and can correspond with an air-conditioning load flexibly, and its operating method. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system has a desiccant 103 for absorbing water in processing air, a compressor 260, and a heat pump for feeding heat for regenerating the desiccant to regeneration air by operating the processing air and regeneration air as a low-heat source 240 and a high-heat source 260, respectively. In this case, the amount of heat exchange of sensible heat heat exchangers 104 and 150 between processing air before passing the desiccant and before flowing into a heat exchanger with a low heat source of the heat pump and regeneration air before regenerating the desiccant can be adjusted. |
