PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain restart with no constraint caused by the discontinuation of a timer by storing previously the information showing the restart in the protocol data. SOLUTION: Receiving a connection start protocol data unit (BGN-PDU), a device B reads out a restart designation bit R (N) of a restart designation field via a resending decision part. As the bit R (N) is set at 1, a restart designation bit check part decides the restart and instructs an initialization processing part to initialize the device B, via a non-resending processing part. Based on this instruction, the initialization processing part initializes each variable stored in a variable storage part 1b and a message sending part sends a BGAK-PDU back to a device A. Then N(SQ) matches VR(R) in the next PDU, since VR(R) of the part 1b is initialized, and accordingly it does not become error decision. Thus, a call can be quickly released. |
