FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has tube elbow whose one end has flange for connection of fan for local ventilation. Tube elbow has additional hole with hinged cover opening outside. Hinged inside elbow is shaped plate with lever and weight. Cover and shaped plate are kinematically interconnected by rigid rod. EFFECT: improved quality of ventilation. 1 dwg
