The invention is a sludge dredging boat to prevent turbidity by collecting waste material through a sludge suction pipe after crushing it using the impeller screw. In order to dredge waste sludge accumulated on the bottom of a harbor, river, dam, reservoir, culvert, nursery, or upper stream of a dammed pool, a hull (10) connected to the bank with wire rope (11) lowers a dredging machine (20) to the bottom. Then an oil pressure motor (30) operates, the impeller screw shaft (42) rotates, and the crush cutter (50) and impeller screw (41) also rotates. Sludge concentrated on the center of the impeller screw shaft (42) is crushed by the crush cutter (50), discharged from a sludge suction pipe (22) linked to the impeller screw shaft (40), filtered by the discharge exit near earth and sand tube and its remnants are formed into a cake to prevent waterway pollution.
