<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector with its reliable connectivity free of damaging a connected object and a contact. SOLUTION: A cover insulator 4 is rotatably provided for a base insulator 2 provided with a contact 3, and a connection object 12 held by this cover insulator 4 is pressed so that a terminal 120 of the connection subject 12 and a contact part 31 of the contact are in contact with each other. To press the connection object 12, the base insulator 2 is provided with an inclined face 24 engaged with a tip end part of the connection subject 12. The tip end part of the connection subject 12 rotatably moved by engaging with this inclined face 24 is accepted, and the cover insulator 4 is provided with a receiver part 43 into contact with the tip end part of the connection object 12 to rotatably move the cover insulator with the tip end part. Further, there is provided with a flat part 44 for holding a flat state of the connection subject 12 during connection.</p> |
