Combined wide-spectral disinfection and antiseptic preparations contain an organic ammonium salt, chlorohexidine, amioxide and hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous isopropyl alcohol solution, said preparations exhibit: i) a high microbicidal activity against a wide-spectrum of micro-organisms in a short exposition time; ii) ability to sustain exposure to organic matter impurities; and iii) self-sterilization activity - eradication of vegetative cells and bacterial spores which penetrate into said preparation during its manufacture or subsequent manipulation. Composition of the preparation utilises a mutual potentiality of positive properties of its components resulting into a wide antimicrobial spectrum, quick action and residual action after the excipient evaporation. The preparation contains the following components: 0.5 - 1.0 wt.% of hydrogen peroxide; 0.5 - 1.0 wt.% of alkyldimethylaminoxide; 0.5 - 1.0 wt.% of dialkyldimethylammonium salt; and 0.1 - 1.0 wt.% of chlorhexidinedigluconate dispersed in an aqueous isopropyl alcohol solution in concentration ranging between 30 and 95 wt.%.
