PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of processing cuttlefishes of various sizes in a narrow space by providing a curved rotary cutting plate having an expanded notch and placing the plate at the fin-side of cuttlefish. SOLUTION: A curved rotary cutting plate 41 having an expanded notch is placed at the side of a fin 52 of a cuttlefish 55 fixed its body to a reshaping block 23. An edge is attached to the base part of the notch of the cutting plate 41 to enable the removal of the fin keeping the shape and prevent the partial damage to the cuttlefish 55. |
