The micro-switch, manufactured by a galvanic method, consists of two conducting reeds (19,21) in the form of vanes linked to separate electrical connections (56). At least one of the vanes is able to move relative to the other and form a connection between them. The vanes are made, for example, from a magnetic material so that the tips of the vanes make contact when a magnetic field of sufficient strength is applied to them. The micro-switch has a base plate (2) with two separate electrically conducting zones (12,13) to which the reeds are connected by supports (15,17) and are covered by a cap (8) to form a closed chamber. The base plate is made from a substrate coated with a layer of light-negative material with apertures for metal lugs formed by galvanic deposition.
