<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor compact, lightweight, excellent in assemblage and of cost with high reliability by providing a flange part parallel to the end face, bonded to a piezoelectric element, of a supporting member, and fixing the flange part with a wire so as to position the supporting member and the wire easily and correctly. SOLUTION: The upper end face of a cylindrical supporting member 29 is provided with a flange part 29a in parallel to the lower end face, and a U-shaped wire 30 of circular cross section is fixed onto the upper plane of the flange part 29a. The supporting member 29 and the wire 30 are therefore fixed to the same height as well as in parallel to the plane of a piezoelectric element 23. Metallic material is used as the material of the supporting member 29 and wire 30, and the supporting member 29 and wire 30 are fixed by welding but can be also fixed using an adhesive. In the assembly, the wire 30 can be placed in a line contact state on the plane of the flange part 29a so as to facilitate assembly and to increase joint strength. The end part of the wire 30 is fixed to a base plate 31 by soldering.</p> |
