<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance against oxidation and ozone attacks by using a rubber sheet with the specified ratio of basic rubber components to a high molecular additive in a dustproof floor mat provided with a selective rubber backing material one surface of which is formed of pile and the other surface of which is formed of rubber or a rubber-like material. SOLUTION: A floor mat 12 comprises pile 14 planted in tufts through a carrier layer 16, and a tuft bottom part 18 is glued to a rubber backing sheet 20 by sulfurization under heating and pressurization. The sheet 20 is created by mixing polyvinyl chloride(PVC) or ethylenepropylene dien (EPDM) in acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR), or mixing EPDM in styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR), and the ratio of NBR to PVC is specified as 1.2-9. In addition, PVC or EPDM and a chemical blowing agent is mixed in NBR to gain a specific gravity of less than 0.98 and a Bayer ozone crack generation coefficient of 4 or less.</p> |
