PURPOSE: To make the methods useful for the improvement of the skills of individuals by generating the skill command setting table by registering skill discrimination information, skill importance, specialties, and criteria in an unset skill command setting table consisting of respective fields. CONSTITUTION: The speciality fields of expert professions of the unset skill command setting table generated on the screen of the display device of a personal computer are set (S1). Then skill codes and codes by the skill items are set in the skill item fields and skill code fields of the skill command setting table similarly to the input of the expert professions (S2). Further, skill importance is set in the skill importance fields of the skill command setting table (S3). Lastly, the criteria for deciding the grades of the expert professions by the skill code fields and skill importance fields are set in the respective specialty fields by skill levels (S4). Consequently, individuals can recognize which grade their growth degrees reach. |
